A first degree shapeshifter can shift into a race roughly the same size as they are. With each degree increase, they can shift into a race twenty-five percent smaller or fifty-percent larger than they are (by height or weight). The choice of races that can be chosen is equal to the character’s level and is limited to those seen, touched, or studied.

If a character uses this power on others, the unwilling defenders roll their defense of self. The effect duration is one hour per level against willing participants or until the caster returns them to their normal form. For unwilling participants, it is one round per level of the caster.
